Shopping Terms & Conditions
OPTION 1 (order on-line). You can add your chosen items to your shopping cart/basket as you browse our catalogue. Then when you have finished making your selection, simply view your shopping cart and from there you can complete your order.
OPTION 2 (order off-line). You can place your order by e-mail or letter. When placing an order and making payment, please remember to include the following information;-
1. The item or items you wish to purchase (if your not sure of the description, just let us know, we will be happy to help).
2. Your address to deliver the items to.
3. Your e-mail address
4. Contact telephone number.
5. Your payment.
How to pay
You can pay by
Credit Card or Debit Card
Cash
UK Postal Order (make payable to Hoardersworld)
UK Cheque (make payable to Hoardersworld).
Items will be sent after cheque has cleared which normally takes 7 working days.
Timing & Despatch
All orders are normally despatched the next business day after the order is placed.
UK orders are sent either First Class or Courier next day service(depending on the weight of the item), unless otherwise stated.
All overseas orders are sent by Air Mail or Courier and the delivery times depend on destination and local mail service, however, as a guideline parcels to Europe average up to 7 days, outside Europe 7 to 14 days.
Post & Packing (shipping & handling)
If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be offered a full refund or the option to wait for delivery. We can usually obtain fresh stock within 10 days.
